How your data is handled
Every client gets an isolated database that they own. Encryption in
transit and at rest is the default on managed deployments. Role-based
access, audit logging where auditability is in scope, and a backup and
recovery plan agreed before launch. On exit you get a full database
export, your deployment configuration, and documentation, within 30
days. No lock-in. Mutual NDA before discovery is standard, and a BAA
is available for HIPAA-adjacent work. Deployments can run on
FedRAMP-authorized infrastructure such as Azure Government or AWS
GovCloud.
What it costs
Projects are quoted after a free discovery call, so the shapes below
are planning ranges rather than fixed prices: a prototype sprint, a
focused build, or a connected system. Optional hosting and support
runs $25 to $75 a month for one app or database, $150 to $200 a month
for managed app and SQL hosting with scheduled pipelines, and $300 a
month and up for expanded capacity, alerts and incident response, and
priority support. Every proposal lists deliverables, assumptions,
milestones, review points, the price, and the handoff and support
choices. Reduced-rate and funded work is available for aligned
ecology, conservation, nonprofit, and public-good projects.
